Giovanni Home Services ("Giovanni Home Services," "we," "us") is a family-owned residential remodeling and outdoor living company based in Lubbock, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our communications with you, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Basic device and usage data, such as browser type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the date and time of your visit.
A first-party visitor identifier stored in a cookie or in your browser, which lets us connect page views and a form request to the same visit.

Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information

If you check the text message box on one of our forms, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Giovanni Home Services at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and project updates.

Checking the box is optional. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase, and you can request a consultation without it.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

If you do not check the box, we will follow up by phone call or email instead.

Mobile information (phone number and SMS consent) will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies no matter what any other section of this policy says.

Companies that help us operate text messaging, such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers, process this information only to deliver messages on our behalf. They are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. Your consent is specific to Giovanni Home Services and cannot be transferred to any other business.

Advertising, analytics, and cookies

We will not treat you differently for making a request.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No website or method of transmission is perfectly secure. Please do not send sensitive details such as Social Security numbers or bank and card numbers through our forms or by text.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
